We want you to be satisfied with your order. This policy should be read alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Change of mind returns

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we only accept change-of-mind returns for items that are:

  • Unused

  • Unopened

  • In original sealed packaging

  • Requested within [7 / 14] days of delivery

If approved, the customer covers return shipping, and a refund is issued to the original payment method after inspection.

Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide your order number and photos/video evidence

We will assess and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund in line with ACL.

Items not eligible for return

  • Opened/used products

  • Items with broken seals

  • Clearance items (unless faulty under ACL)

  • Damage caused by misuse or incorrect handling

Refund timeframes

Approved refunds are processed within 3–7 business days, depending on your payment provider.
